BIO

Mr. Andy Pham supervised Clayton County Probate Court and was the deputy registrar there for five years. He later interned at Georgia Public Defense Council Appellate Division where he worked to find narrow legal issues and wrote briefs for appeals on criminal cases.  He later worked with small and mid-size firms and in Georgia and focused on various areas of the law including family, probate, business, and criminal. His experience also includes juvenile dependency case where he is appointed by the court to represent parents and serve as guardian ad litem for children. As a licensed mediator, Mr. Pham also helped clients avoid costly litigation by offering mediation and alternative dispute resolutions.
